FA-Tech is a Tier 1 vendor for WAPHA.
WAPHA had invested heavily in its implementation of Oracle Fusion in 2022 called internally as ASPIRE 1.0. We partnered with FA-Tech in 2023, to help us realise greater benefits out our instance, through key enhancements, process simplification and adopting native functionalities. This partnership also covered necessary maintenance and support augmentation.
In 2024, with FA-Tech’s design and delivery guidance, WAPHA made huge strides via a program of works called ASPIRE 2.0. Delivery focus was on key areas like Talent Management in HCM, Financial Controls in ERP and consolidating our key integrations through Oracle Integration Cloud.
FA-Tech was also instrumental in conceptualising recent Oracle offerings like Oracle Guide Learning and Enterprise Performance Management. FA-Tech Leadership and Consulting Team have always maintained openness in their client engagement and clarity in their execution.
FA-Tech has recently started the Redwood UI change initiative for the Oracle ERP application.
